Why we process it

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To operate editorial review, publication and certification.
  • To display published research and public researcher profiles.
  • To notify you of decisions and status changes.
  • To protect the platform against abuse and maintain archival integrity.
03

What is public

Published papers, their metadata, your public profile fields and comments you post are visible to anyone. Unpublished submissions, editorial internal notes, notifications and your email address are not public. Certificate verification pages display only the Certificate ID, paper title, author name and issue date.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by our infrastructure providers solely to deliver the service. We may disclose data where required by law or to investigate credible allegations of research misconduct.

05

Retention

Account and profile data are retained while your account is active. Published records, Publication IDs, Certificate IDs and editorial history are retained permanently as part of the scholarly record and cannot be deleted on request, since the integrity of citations and verification depends on them.

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and unpublished material.
  • Object to processing where it is not necessary to operate the service.
